As we’ve seen: there are no more excuses: fluoride prevent tooth decay, but still lost …

Why only the city of Watsonville was criticized for failing to adhere to the scientific research that shows the use of fluoride prevent tooth disease?

The painful reality is that there is no public water providers in Santa Cruz County, although only fluoridates Watsonville, a town where many people do not have access to regular dental care, is under court order to fluoridate water.

As the new national campaign that is collected by health advocates step out to raise water fluoridation may end looks extends, in the long campaign of misinformation and scare tactics.

Sign the both came this week when the Board of the Santa Clara Valley Water District voted unanimously in favor of fluoridation. The District provides water for 1.5 million people in the cities including San Jose, Sunnyvale, Santa Clara, Campbell, Cupertino, Milpitas and Mountain View. San Jose is the largest city in the United States that less water is fluoridated. Only 21 percent of the population in Santa Clara County have fluoridated water.

Supporters of the fluoride–who has put up a website, ilikemyteeth.org, to fight the spread of anti-online-fluoridation screeds-hopes that by putting some teeth to their message, public support will be built.
